Company details

Privacy policy. This page explains what information Future Tulip collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
What we collect. We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
What we do with it. Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
Cookies. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
Retention. We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
What you can ask of us. You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@future-tulip.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.
Security. Your correspondence lives in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox, readable only by the people who need to answer you.
Who to ask. The data controller for this site is Future Tulip. Anything unclear in this policy — write to hello@future-tulip.com and a person will answer.
